We had the best experience building our pool with Downes. From the conception of the project with the owner, Mike to the execution with our project manager, Brian--every single thing went smoothly. The follow up and attention to detail has been amazing. And we are very happy with the way they service our pool for us for weekly cleanings, too. We LOVE our finished product and would highly recommend them to anyone considering putting in a pool.

Downes Swimming Pool Company built our pool in 1992 and have maintained it all but one year since that time (one year we tried another company that advertised a lower price, but that was a terrible experience). Downes opens our pool every year, does weekly maintenance, and closes the pool. They service any issues we have during the use of our pool - and are always responsive no matter if it is a simple issue or an urgent problem (such as a flood after a major rain storm). We would recommend them in the highest manner and have no reservations.

I have used Downes Pool Company for a decade (since May of 2007).  I used two pool companies before them and they are far superior. Responsive, knowledgeable, good technicians, and reliable.  Not sure what else you can ask for in a company.  I highly recommend this company and have recommended them to others in the area and they have been very happy with them also.
