I want to compliment your guys (Alex, Aurelio, and now Cody) on their exceptional professionalism.  I was so impressed with how personable, kind, and attentive to my questions and concerns they were.  I am very glad we changed our service to Downes.

I just want to tell you that the guys that are starting up our pool today are great!  Victor has been so kind, courteous, helpful, smart, respectful....I feel like I could go on and on.  Great job hiring and training great employees!

Downes Swimming Pool Company built our pool in 1992 and have maintained it all but one year since that time (one year we tried another company that advertised a lower price, but that was a terrible experience). Downes opens our pool every year, does weekly maintenance, and closes the pool. They service any issues we have during the use of our pool - and are always responsive no matter if it is a simple issue or an urgent problem (such as a flood after a major rain storm). We would recommend them in the highest manner and have no reservations.

I have used Downes Pool Company for a decade (since May of 2007).  I used two pool companies before them and they are far superior. Responsive, knowledgeable, good technicians, and reliable.  Not sure what else you can ask for in a company.  I highly recommend this company and have recommended them to others in the area and they have been very happy with them also.
